Payment: We accept personal and business checks (made payable to Austen Sharp LLC), money orders, and credit cards through PayPal and Stripe. There is a $40 fee for returned checks.

Shipping: All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First-Class mail, unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges at checkout are only an estimate and are based on U.S. locations only. When we are ready to ship your item, an additional charge may be added, according to weight and destination. International shipping to countries outside of the U.S. is available at an additional charge.

Return Policy: Defective or damaged items may be refunded or exchanged. Due to health reasons, aromatherapy products are nonreturnable.
